Moon Boy is a series and the titular character is Martin Moone an elementary student with an imaginary friend (Chris ODowd) with all Irish actors (probably first released in Ireland)

His friends all have colorful imaginary friends no one can see except the kid himself and other imaginary friends (they get together and bitch at the pub).

The kid that plays Martin is brilliant. The writing is crisp and funny, great ensemble cast - just clean cut, heartwarming humor like John Hughes was dropped on his head.

Highly recommend.

Keep watching, the gay is coming but it is a great show.

Are there more than three seasons? No gay, and we watched the series twice over the last few years.

Porrick does end up wearing makeup for a day. The last episode is when the grandfather dies and his imaginary friend George Gershwin ends up not disappearing.

What am I missing?

Wasn't one of the daughters gay? I thought there was a whole thing about it.

I can't watch those types of movies, not even with closed captions on. Their accents annoy the hell out of me.

Wife is becoming a little hard of hearing (unless I bitch about something, then she hears it all !) so we have sub titles on all Net-flicks and Prime.

Good show.

No gayness or wokeness; just an easy going funny show :seasix:

newer shows/movies they ****ing mumble shit and the dialog audio is mixed like shit too with music, etc.. Watch older shows and movies and your hearing will be just fine. :yesnod:
