Roof is 8-9 years old. Defective 50 year GAF shingles. Full replacement on them, and a chunk of the labor. Estimated total, $18100. Costing me $5750.

How were they defective? Was the fiberglass showing prematurely? Lifted shingles?

Extreme granular loss. Discovered by my roofer fixing a small leak after the last hurricane.
