I am very aware of my surroundings, but I found myself having to be more mindful in Canada than in Chicago, that says something. Had her keep her purse zipped all the time, watching which side she is walking on with me, having to keep having her shift sides to avoid the vagrants. There is a tent city right outside the Eaton Center in Toronto which was fun to have to walk through.

The food is awful...we found one place in Niagra that serves American beef, one in Montreal too. The hockey puck is the national hamburger since the only way they can serve burgers are burnt beyond recognition.

What did I do when Obama was President? I grew my business, you can make money in any environment, just how easy is it and how big of a pool to make money in, and how harsh you need to be.

What did I do about Obamacare? I joined a health share plan which was created just to get around Obamacare requirements. I then went out and bought my own private insurance with the same 3 tiered setup I had before. The health share plan was faith based so it excepted you from Obamacare. My experiences with Canadians have been great. Had a kid from Winnipeg move to So. Cal when he was in 3rd grade. I had him in classes from Elementary school all the way to high school liked him a lot. I don't know what happened to him. When i was hitch hiking through Mexico all most to Central America in the 70's i met a kid from Vancouver we spent a month down there. He came up to my place met my friends and hung out for a month. My experiences with Canadians have been great. Had a kid from Winnipeg move to So. Cal when he was in 3rd grade. I had him in classes from Elementary school all the way to high school liked him a lot. I don't know what happened to him. When i was hitch hiking through Mexico all most to Central America in the 70's i met a kid from Vancouver we spent a month down there. He came up to my place met my friends and hung out for a month. I lost contact and i don't know what happened to him. I met Murray who came down here and we hung out, he's a good dude. I don't know what happened to him either. :island14:

Dozens of Canadians got sick at Mexican all-inclusive resort, call for facility inspection

Winnipeg wedding photographer Joel Boily and another guest estimated that around 200 Canadian guests staying at Sandos Playacar — a four-star resort in Playa del Carmen, in the country's Caribbean coast — all suffered this past week from bouts of illness.

Boily said that includes almost everyone of the more than 30 guests who were there to attend the wedding he was photographing, as well as his young children, who spent several days experiencing severe vomiting, diarrhea and dehydration.

"We arrived on Wednesday and by Friday it was clear … it was more than just Montezuma's revenge or whatever people call it," Boily said. He believes the illness was due to food poisoning.
