We use too get up many mornings during summer break and make blueberry pancakes...the freezer was full of blueberries and blackberries....we hand picked them from local farms. Mom use to keep us busy picking all kinds of fruits and vegetables. She is the best cook I have ever met, I use to tell her that and she would laugh and say you should of ate my mothers cooking.

My wife has been doing a lot of experimenting with sourdough. Every morning, she has to pull off "discard" and feed her culture. Sometimes I take the "discard" and make sourdough pancakes from it. Very good stuff. She also made me sourdough blueberry muffins last week - delicious.
