It depends. If you're in the Midwest in the summertime, seeded. Spit 'em out while sitting on the porch watching the fireflies while Hoagy Carmichael plays on the record player. Enjoying the evening breeze take the edge off of the humidity.

If you're in CA, seedless. There are no fireflies to watch and who needs the hassle.
