No. It's been in production for a while. I think the humans find some dinosaurs and confirm their pronouns out of respect for them. Later, as a group, they match through the streets of San Diego with the dinosaurs holding banners high proclaiming that humans can't be illegal. In a plot twist, the dinosaurs end up running for their lives to escape hordes of illegal aliens who think they are iguanas and want to BBQ them. On the closing scene they escape to the hills of Tijuana with "Mexican Radio" by Wall of Voodoo playing as the closing theme.
