Walked down the beach to our favorite bar/restaurant. There’s a small area where driving onto the beach is allowed. There’s a big sign at the entrance that says 4WD is required. We saw this when we left to walk home.

Here's a clip of Lance Stroll this past season :funnier:
Only reason he's in F1 is because his Daddy owns the Aston Martin F1 team :spdchk:

The pickup in front is trying to figure out where to attach a tow strap to get it out before the tide comes in. I wanted to stay and watch the hilarity but we needed to get home.

Theres no place to connect a tow strap , the Tesla uses Bluetooth to connect with all other devices .

Not going anywhere, I predict a mysterious raging fire and a subsequent insurance claim.

No beaches here bro. We have hills, curves and snow, none of which they can negotiate without incident. :D

I wouldn't consider 255's to be tiny tires.(that's the size on the Model Y). Still not a good idea to drive a Tesla on the beach..

It may have if they didn't get it out before high tide. I might have to take a walk later and see.

They have front and back tow points included with the eye attachment. Seems like the OP is flaunting his limited knowledge.

Compared to how much the car weighs and the soft sand it's on, they are as useless as high heels on a 300- pound woman walking on a waterbed. The only thing keeping that turd from sinking halfway to China is the flat belly pan of the car itself sitting on the sand.

The battery is probably already bottomed out on the sand. I thought about that, too, but the ground clearance is too low, and that's before they dug in a bit.
My Cruze has a little pop out piece on the bumper to access a port where you can screw in a recovery hook (standard). I think most imports have something like this as well. Surely Elon's rocket scientists thought about this issue, too.

I surfed at the Outer Banks all through the late 60s....saw sooo many morons get stuck in the sand. Even saw a new El Camino some kid parked on the hard pack get stuck and the tide slowly washed it out into the break as the boy cried about losing his Dad's new car...
Me and my buddies (about 11 guys) tried to push it out but once the shore break got it it was all over.
