These were taken by Clark Little, Waimea Bay, Hawaii, shore-break surfing pioneer. He stands in the water and waits until the last second to snap his camera shutter, then takes a beating when the wave collapses over him. BTW, he gets up to $4,000 per photo.

Those are some very :cool1: shots.

This one looks like it had to hurt.
The other waves all broke over him, this one appears to be breaking right on top of him.
