HUGE ISSUE, all advice appreciated, not all will be accepted.
This weekend, while wifey out of town, she sends a lawn dood over to investigate a few blotches of dying grass on the front lawn.
Not terrible, will probably make a comeback, but she feels the need to remedy now.
Lawn dood, a good ol' jamacian can, who also laid sod in backyard recently, determines a fungus, not bugs, says the cooler winter temps do not burn off the sprinklers and dew fast enough, so the fungus takes hold.
Rakes it, sprays it, hits it with some fertilizer, says $60, I give him a $100 and give his crew a six-pack of the finest beer in the world, Coors Banquet.
All is good, he lives, thanks me for my generosity, says I should see an improvement in a few days.
Well DAMNIT, no one told me the spray should be avoided for a few days, as the next morning I take both doggies out front at 6 AM for their morning duties, and return with GREEN FEET.
I washed and scrubbed to no avail, used many different cleaners, shit is on me for life.
So do I accept this and show them off, and seek out a specialists.
The problem is compounded by my commitment to minimal bathing, is this something I should suspend.
All help is appreciated, keep your damn insults to yourself.
Will this spread throughout the body / skin??

I don't know if the stuff is toxic or not but at least your pooches are environmentally friendly now.
Seriously, I'd contact your vet about it

For some reason both dogs were an easy cleaning, I scrubbed them a few times each and it was mostly gone.
Mine is disappearing daily, but damn, it takes some work.
I would like to think by Monday, seven days, my efforts would remove all, but still amazed at how this shit stays on your skin.
NEW RULE, wear sliders or slippers on early AM walks with doggies.
I should have taken some pictures when it happened, some of y'all would have went to town with your comments.
AND NO, I will not recreate so you can have your fun,,,

1. Stop pissing in the yard where the wife will see it.
2. Painting your lawn green has been tried here before and will piss off the wife as well.

I must admit, many nights in the garage when I finish my workout with a beer, or two, I do not want to break the converstation, me and the neighbor solve the world's problems, I piss outside, on the side off house, near the garbage cans.
Of course the neighbor does too, in my sideyard, how do I tell him to go piss on his own garbage cans??
They used an indicator dye to help them see where they were spraying. That's not going to hurt anything or anyone. We use blue indicator dye when applying herbicides, it's designed to photo degrade in direct sunlight, so in a few days, it should all be over anyway. As to getting it off the dogs' feet and OP's feet, my suggestion is to use shampoo. I've gotten drops of near concentrated dye on my hands before. Washing a few times helps, but getting in the shower and shampooing my hair is what finally gets rid of it.

Why tell him? Much more fun to show him for 20 bucks.

I like the Priest version the best.
Halford and band killed it throughout their entire career. Incredible chemistry created some great music spanning decades.

Have you tried washing the green areas with Dawn dishwashing liquid?
What about soaking in vinegar/water solution?
Walking barefoot in the sand and ocean?

I have done the first two, the second would require a 30+ minute drive, searching for parking, paying $5.00/hr when parking found, and probably a very expensive oceanfront meal for two--I am that cheap bastard.
I just viewed the feet, better than 90% vs. Saturday night.
Tomorrow I should be able to clean what is left in the shower, but I DNK whatever he put down would take 5 days to clean, should have come with a warning.

I'm not a fan of the wokeness of P&G, but I admit they make the best products in their markets.
Dawn dishwashing soap
Tide laundry detergent
Ivory soap
Suave shampoo

I agree. I still remember their olympic sponsorship.
Green foot syndrome (GFS) is an uncommon cutaneous disease caused by P. aeruginosa and is frequently associated with poor hygiene, humidity and immunosuppression.
:ohnoes:
Asphalt the lawn and paint it green.
Problem solved.
I mean, wth, you live in Fl, where people paint their driveways.

Seriously, take them to a vet & send the Jamaicans the bill mahn!
I think you should move out of Floriduh and escape to Canada where that shit doesn't happen.
The Jamaica-mon probably used this to mark where he had sprayed. Totally harmless, but a real bitch to clean. A little goes a LONG way!

I've seen that in Southie (South Boston, MA) in the 70's. :Jeff '79:

If I moved it would ONLY be to your hood.
I would get up early everyday and kicked your driveway rocks to your front door.
I would then follow you to HD and introduce you to every cart in the parking lot.

You may be onto something.
Much cheaper and easier for him to spray paint the problem areas than to bring them back to life.

This is likely active ingredient antifungal tebuconazole intended to arrest fungus Gaeumannomyces species (G. graminicola, G. arxii, and G. floridanus) that causes take-all root rot aka TARR, such as trade name Bayer Mirage.
https://www.advancedturf.com/product/mirage-stressgard/
Bayer Mirage does as mentioned contain a green dye that marks where you've put it down.
By yerownself, you can buy tebuconazole as https://bioadvanced.com/disease-control-for-roses-flowers-and-shrubs.html at Lowes and Home Depot, no green dye involved.
Only other Homey Depot/Lowes product I know that will make a dent in TARR is Scott's DiseaseX https://scotts.com/en-us/shop/fertilizers/scotts-diseaseex-lawn-fungicide/37610C.html active ingredient azoxystrobin.
TARR is a mofo. Other fungus products at HD/Lowes are useless, waste of money.

Err, Suave is (or was) owned by Unilever, direct competitor of P&G. Suave name has recently been sold off. I don't know what's next.
I still buy Suave mens shampoo but I'm using Dove mens products more and more, another Unilever name.

Dial (I think a Henkel brand) makes some decent men's shower products too. Publix does BOGOs on em every so often too.

Oops. You are correct, and I'm glad at least one thing I buy doesn't fund P&G.
And yes, it looks like Unilever just sold them not too long ago:
