Sad to hear this. The Allison Brothers, Donnie, Bobby, and Eddie were popular racers in the southeast. Growing up, my best friends Joe's sister was married to Donnie. They would leave the kids at Joe's house on racing weekends. I remember Davey as a toddler. Racing was a successful family business, but it took its toll as well.

Those days are sadly over. I'm shocked that Nascar is even still around. But I am gauging by attendance, which has looked dismal for years. Nothing but rich kids doing laps now. Not interested. Sorry.
