Very nice, hopefully your neighbors don’t start bitching about the noise. Nice work

Luckily, there is a lot of space between houses, so there should be no issues. We are also on good terms with the neighbors.

Best thing was that the total cost was under $150.
$85 for paint and $60 for the net.

Digging all the garages!
GSC3's garages have more square footage than his actual house.

I have 2500 sq ft actual living area plus a little over 1600 sq ft for the indoor pool which is also air conditioned area. 4133 total air conditioned space.
Garages total 1614 sq ft. (42 x 23 for the 4 car garage and 24 x 27 for the 2 car garage)

My dream house is basically a big garage with a bed :Jeff '79:

I understand that it was not a serious suggestion but I still wanted to share the space distribution.

I played a lot of tennis, then racquetball. I play pickleball now because I love the speed and intensity of the game. A lot of people think pickleball is for old people, but, played with athletic, mobile players it’s an awesome game..way faster than tennis.

Cool idea making your own court! Ive played a few times and really enjoyed it. I have not found any courts near me yet though since I moved.

Luckily, there was enough space for the court. If the driveway was a little smaller, I could have only fit a reduced size court.

I was playing 4.0 - 4.5 pickleball before my knee problem set in and had to give it up (for now). Like Chieftp said - it is a very FAST game more and more younger players are taking it up ... if you get a chance watch some of the pros on youtube - amazing reflexes and skills. Plus it's an outstanding workout and very fun game.
BTW I LOVE those white pants on the OP's wife she looks great in those ....

I don't know what my actual level is. Never played any events. We usually play at the local Rec Center Indoors. It's too hot right now outdoors except for mornings and evenings.

The amount of Pickleball injuries I have rounded on in the past year is astounding. :Jeff '79:

Pretty much every old bastard I know, in shape and out, have succumbed to some type of injury playing pickleyball. Most all were declining tennis players with some chronic elbow, shoulder, knee or ankle injury. Pickleyball just exacerbated their tennis issues. Go for it morons!

Very nice, we do similar. No paint, net and lines only. What kind of paint did you use? My driveway area is blacktop so can't see putting paint on that would be there forever.

Glidden Premium exterior paint. Sticks great to driveway. I painted our driveway completely early 2022 and 2.5 years later, paint still has not come off. Rough concrete like a driveway absorbs paint really good. If you'd paint the smooth garage floor, it would come off easily.

Wouldn't painting white stripes have been easier and less of an eye sore?

true, but white is not easy to keep clean, especially in a driveway exposed to rain ant tires.

Looks good!?
Just like golf, racquetball and race car driving, I have never lost a pickleball match.
