Since I've been on a dead-end dirt road for a month or so, and will be for probably two more months, I'm yearning for the good old days when there were 20 or so cars per day going past my house. :(

But I help a good friend 2 days a week at his Corvette restoration shop for free. He buys lunch though.

Stopped off at the local car show after my grand-daughter's softball game.
7:15pm, so most of the old coots already left to go home, eat dinner, and hit the sack.
I don't hate Mondays so much any more.

I don't get paid any more, but my work now is yard and forest and home. Pay sucks, but the benefits are good.
