??
It's nearly always Jewish lightning.
Three years ago it was the run-down clubhouse for the condo hoa nearby. "The computer that control the gate overheated."
Several years ago it was a crappy apartment building next town over. The owner made the mistake of not realizing that a squatter was inside.

Goyim....:toetap:
Friend of mine from Staten Island with family in the boroughs grew up with it all around, in the early '70's.
Jewish people tend to be very shrewd and focused on self-gain. They'll go to great lengths to insure it.

We know….
Think whiplash on the roundabout trick!
“Hymie exit 2”, always had a his brake lights disconnected, and would pull his emergency brake, getting hit from behind on the circles!
A sure winner, settling for 10k to walk away. Everyone knows this….
It’s not a bad living.!
I have seen it happen a couple times.

Three "retired" businessmen were talking at the retirement home.
The first one said " I had a massive electrical fire at my business and retired after the insurance company paid out".
The second one said "I had the main water pipe break and it destroyed all my inventory and the building. I too retired after the insurance company paid out."
The third one mentioned that a tornado hit his business and all that was left was a bare lot. He too retired after the insurance company paid out.
Both the other retired gentlemen were extremely confused. They looked around, leaned in and quietly asked " How on God's green earth did you get a tornado to hit your building?
