The only season that sucks here is April. Skiing is long over. Trees are bare. Rain/ fog/ damp. All the crud and litter on the sides of the road. The only saving grace is that there is nearly no tourism traffic.

No thank you ... don't like the heat ... w humidity even worse. We had a winter place in AZ had to exit before those 100s hit. We are in cold North Dakota now - don't mind the winter one bit ... we have people that do the snow removal and the streets are cleared here the same day as snowfall - we get out in the winter every bit as much as the summer -

I left the cold north 20 years ago and I don't miss it. I enjoy the heat most of the time, unless I'm forced to do physical labor outdoors in the summertime.

Rainy season was supposed to start 8 days ago, yet, we haven't had any rain yet since the beginning of rainy season. However, I rather have the heat without rain than with the rain as the rain brings humidity and bugs.

That's why I invested mostly in land. I can move freely in my retirement with the weather. I learned from my elders to control your own monetary heath with something you understand. And not with others that can be gone in a blink of an eye. Remember the great depression 🫥

Supposed to get all the way up to 70 the next couple days here. Drops back in the 50's at night though. Currently 60 and raining. This is a few degrees above hypothermia weather but still likely to get pneumonia if I'm careless. Never going to see me complain about hot weather :rofl:

Mid 90's on the golf course in Ft Pierce yesterday. Very light breeze. Intermittent clouds kept us from baking too much. The beer was cold in the clubhouse.

In the news this morning: Newsom is trying to remove the recall of prop 47 and 57 off the ballot....you know, the propositions that de-criminalized crime here ten years ago and have been responsible for about a 600% raise in crime.
That guy needs to be taken to the train station. :)
