We used to go see this all the time at the Rockford (IL) Speedway. On normal Friday nights, they would probably get around 1500 ppl in the stands, but on Trailer Race, Schoolbus Figure 8 and Robosaurus nights, they'd easily triple that.

One highlight was off the track; though - watched the stands on the opposite straightaway collapse.

I would think the winner is the last guy towing a trailer with the box still attached .
Baring that, the guy with the flat trailer chassis still on wheels .

Close - if the bed of the trailer was still attached to the trailer ball and was being towed (rolling or dragging), the last one was the winner.
