Sure seems like the goal here is to get rid of CFOT. Ban all active members, then say "due to a lack of traffic, we are getting rid of CFOT", or some other similar. Too many ridiculous things going on to believe anything else is going on, like locking a thread for "bumping an old thread" that was only 11 days since the past post.
