A f*cking farce, a rabid DA and a "planted" prosecutor from Biden's DOJ in an area where the jury pool comes from a locale that is 10:1 Dem to Repub and bogus FEDERAL charges that the DOJ and the FEC passed on, as did Bragg's predecessor.

Bootstrapping a business reporting line of "legal expense" into a felony which requires the expense to be used to cover up another crime to be a felony. And that OTHER alleged crime, is an obscure STATE law about elections within the STATE - totally bogus concoction of legal schemes to keep Trump off the campaign trail.

Not counting paying off nuisance claims is completely legal. On top of that the supposed payoff was in 2017, so how does that interfere with the 2016 election ? And then Stormy signed an affidavit in 2018 that the affair NEVER OCCURED.

Even the NYT is laughing at the case as a "historical mistake".

Don't forget she also signed an NDA that she then violated but you don't hear Morning Schmoe talk about THAT..

Yes, and her lawyer is serving like 12 years and even HE says this prosecution is just plain stupid. And making Trump miss campaigning, his kid's graduation and wife's birthday plays into his victim optics and the left is too f*cking dumb to realize their lack of compassion is going to blow up in their blank faces and they still won't "get it".

Frankly, I'm surprised there isn't more outrage here over this sham.

Plenty of outrage from conservatives and anyone who has an IQ above room temperature.
The problem is it would appear that the only way to stop the madness is to murder some mutha-fukers. And most of us have too much to lose to even consider such actions.

Its so obvious its nauseating, Biden's guy 3rd from the top at the US DOJ takes a huge demotion to be a prosecutor on a state crime and that Judge Merchant is so biased it's tangible.... And yet, the only legal way to deal with it, it seems, is to let it play out and if there is a conviction, fight it through an appeal. Millions of bucks and weeks stolen from campaigning. Its flat out political persecution.
