I don't know if you knew him or not, but there used to be a guy named, "Nobu" in Lahaina, and he used to do plate lunches out of his little pink truck. He parked in the NAPA Lahaina parking lot. Awesome stuff!
Funny thing, I could probably find Taro chips easy, here.

Our boat was in Lahaina Harbor (I knew the Harbormaster pretty well) but otherwise didn't spend a whole lot of time on the west side.
