I got home tonight about 8:30pm and Zone 6 (priority) was lit, along with zones 3, 4 and 5. And the hot water (zone 6) was warm. Zones 3 and 4 were cold. :(
I did a hard reset (breaker off for a minute, then back on). Now back to normal.
We frequently get short power outages here, perhaps that caused this. But how/ why?

i know you won't see this since you blocked me *****....I recommend you get a Professional...you might come home to a burned down house with what you did. :D
I'm positive that Blob and Hymey have posted helpful comments, but of course I can't see them. :spdchk:
I'll guess though. Blob, some stupid meme. Hymey, 'call the guy'. :Jeff '79:

We all know you look. That is a built in safety to keep DIY idiots from burning their house down. Most likely from conflicts from your thermostats. :slap:
Good thing you still have your safety back-up heating system. :seasix:

Power surge? I dunno, I'm far from an expert. We bought our home new 26 years ago. After a few years and replacing cooler pumps in our Master Cooler, it always seem happen during a thunderstorm.
If lighting hit somewhere in the general area, for some reason, only the cooler pump quit. After waking up to this, we made sure it was off when a storm was rolling through.
Later on installed a surge protector to it and been fine

Was that before or after you installed steel bars on your windows to keep the pavement apes out?

I installed a whole house surge protector about 15 years ago. Until then I was replacing just about anything with a motor.
Yes.

From the looks of your design, I would suggest a pipe organ repair man. One should be easy to find in the yellow pages.

I've been looking at Cummins for a generator myself. Made in USA?

It's the relay board not the plumbing.

I'm still waiting for the FI ECM and or ignition module you installed in your '64 T-Bird to take a crap and leave you stranded. :seasix::dance:

The MSD distributor is a "ready to run" and works with or without the ignition box. The EFI, made by FAST in the USA has a lifetime warranty. The injectors, sensors are off the shelf GM parts. :yesnod:

Ahh Sooo. That explains why it's worked for you. Most of the aftermarket EFI (actually wet-intake throttle body set-ups) fail. The OEM stuff is bulletproof for the most part. Just giving you a hard time. Most of the guys on this forum don't even OWN a big block, so kudos to you. :seasix:
