Is corn in mexicoland so bad that it needs to be coated in mayo, cheese, lime, chili? I've never tried it but a lot of trendy kids love the way it makes them look cultured.

We have used butter to do that but hummmm will try mayo next time

I'm sure your body leeches all the fructose out of the corn, leaving only the indigestible husk behind.
Why don't you try an experiment: pick the kernels out of your shit and eat them again to see if you can taste any sugar. Report back and let us know your results. :thumbs:

It's mexican, they don't use italian parm. That's cotija cheese
