Haven't been to one since I can remember but the wife wanted some fries and a fountain drink while she's laid up so I gladly went to fetch.

WTH is with these new flimsy plastic cups and straws? Can't hardly hold the dang thing without it folding up and these new light weight straws are useless.

Damn you Joe Biden!

Strange. Had an iced tea today. Cup/Straw seemed fine. Not enough for me to notice anything wrong. :island14:

Well sure, you’re only what, 10-12” tall? 🐓

The rest of us are six feet, give or take. 😂

You people need to see a gastroenterologist. There’s no McD close by here, but I hit them up once in a while for a Big Mac, fries, and a shake — good stuff. And it doesn’t make me sick. I realize that the fad is to trash them, and I’m doing “Wrong Think,” but tough cookies.

Wait til the Marxists take over and destroy the food supply. You’ll be longing for capitalism then. 🤣

FWIW, it’s about the only chain eatery I ever go to.

Haven't set foot inside a McD for ~20 years but I suspect it has something to do with an article I read the other day detailing how shithole state attorney generals are suing companies for environmental plastic pollution. More than likely corporations are going apeshit crazy trying to find ways to avoid being robbed blind because of this.

These liberal douchebags act as if there's a recommendation on the packaging that tells their customers to litter, and as usual their resolution is to burden innocents. So if your quality of life depends on the thickness of a plastic cup there's your suspect.

Don't say you didn't ask :D

Wrong....It's Taco Bell. I would get the shits as soon as I walked in the door. :ack:

I think everyone has a limit to how much grease they can ingest before getting the hershey squirts. For some, that limit is very low, others it's very high. I'm somewhere in the middle. I can eat a quarter pounder with cheese and a coke at McD's and it won't give me the shits. Add a bunch of fries, and it will.

McDonald's has always been crap food. Now that they are paying low-IQ high school dropouts $15 an hour, it is expensive crap food.

Lousy potatoes for the fries too.

I think their stuff was better back in the 60’s. The burgers seemed to be juicier and tastier, not dry and bland like they are now and the fries were better because they used beef tallow to make them.

Correct. Do some research into the potatoes they use, and you will never eat McDonald's fries again.

I didn’t see anything online that jumped out at me as making them undesirable. I know they contain other ingredients besides just potatoes, but I’m not a health food nut so I’m not concerned about additives or preservatives or whatever.
