"Honestly"
I can not stand to listen to someone that starts off their sentence with honestly. A good place to find this is listening to sports interviews or right here on this very forum.....:leaving:

Any of the words that kids use now because they're too ****ing lazy to say the whole word. Like bae instead of babe.
Like
Yes, that ^
PLUS:
I wish people would learn that "then" and "than" are not the same word and have completely different meanings. I see memes all the time that are making good points, but use one of the above words when they meant the other. It pretty much ruins the message.
PLUS: Young idiots putting the dollar sign AFTER the number, as in 125$. "But that's how you pronounce it." Yes it is you ****ing idiot, but we have silent vowels, the letter "G" can be hard or soft, the letters "gh" usually sound like an "f," and a zillion other examples of the nuances of English. LEARN YOUR NATIVE LANGUAGE.
diversity, inclusion, equity, transgender, "cis," speak truth to power, speak my truth, do the work, etc.
Well, actually I'm OK with etc.
Two words, cease and desist. That is all.

When I was still working, every time a vendor or salesman started a pitch with "honestly" I would ask if I should assume he was lying if he didn't out that "honestly" on the record. I hated that.

I would be happy if people would stop using the word "contact" as a verb. So many people were misusing it that Merriam-Webster relented and started allowing it back in the 50's. I personally feel that was the start of our downward slide as a country.

"Like" used inessentially by Millennials, something IS what it is, not "LIKE" what it is.
"Bro" that stupid head-banded twit on "Counting Cars" uses "bro" two dozen times in one sentence when talking to strangers - like he's some distant, estranged relative.

Honestly, if I had a dime for every transphobic nigga who is offended by, like, trump’s man-splaining that reparations are non-inclusive because the, like, cis- and LBGTQ+ will claim that their diversity is not represented and should get reparations too. I hate to brag, but I’m certain that at the end of the day Biden’s woke constituents will be shouting “get off me you sweaty bastards” to MAGA republicans irregardless of how many voting machines they tamper with. But let me circle back to the transphobic niggas who’s loved one’s will absolutely claim double reparations because they can’t live on a low nut without their nuts, but no worries, and I’m not going to lie, Trump will be sitting in the front of the courtroom saying, will the defendant please rise?

WTF? Used to be something only outlaw bikers said to each other. Now every Tom, Dick, and Harry uses it in every other sentence.
