Both suck…..
Both suck…..
Meh, all retail banks suck pretty bad. Of all the ones I've used, and I think I have used all the big ones except Chemical bank, Chase seems to suck the least.
PSA: Stay away from Wells Fargo. They got caught red-handed some years back doing some pretty nasty shit, and paid dearly for it. From talking to folks who use them now, nothing has really changed. I can't figure out how those crooks are still in business.

Both suck…..
They all suck, and when you embrace such you will be less disappointed when they eff things up for you.
I have one of my biz accounts with chase, same client gives me two checks monthly, same amounts, same time each month, from their same checking account.
A few months back chase allowed immediate access to one check, but put a 10-day hold on the other, for the first time.
I went to bank to ask why, they did not know, the manager got involved, she did not know, BUT said she would get back to me that day with an answer.
That was over 60 days ago and have yet to hear back from her.
All companies suck, some just suck a little less.

Actually WF was caught twice, the big scandal was creating fake accounts under existing customer names to meet some productivity quota...
Citi is the 3rd largest bank and in 99 countries, my daughter is a VP on their real estate side.
