Watching the scroll of abused dogs is painful, I do what I can, but damn!!

How about we quit sending hundreds of BILLIONS $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to the bottom-rate comic and the big guy, and save all these dogs.

Those commercials are brutal!!

Many years ago I looked into donations of a variety of "charities", be careful.
I donate to non kill shelter locally instead.

I do agree our priorities are screwed up and money needs tonbe kept here for a variety of things.

I send $200 a year.

I like the little guy behind the fence and the other pup slurping down what looks like milk

Their commercial are the l o n g e s t of the $19 00 per month group.

I'll/I do St. Jude first, DAV 2nd, even the Shriners and then adopt a 85Yr Jewish lady in Ukraine before ASPCA

I have issues with that. Periodically, locals ads for donations show up. I assume it is for that specific shelter to include the city. Problem is it's not. The donations end up someplace else and I feel it's misleading.

Besides, all our pups over the years to include the one we have left "Ricky" who is now 14, are all shelter dogs.

:iagree:

Those long commercials cost millions of dollars that doesn't go to the animals. DAV first, St. Judes, and many others for humans that cost the same price as an animal.

I get around that by delivering my donations directly to the shelter of my choice. Cut out the middleman, huge win for the animals and staff.

The care of our dogs is covered in our will should we preceded them.
