Looking like a steakhouse, party of five, around 5 PM, scotch & coffee & desserts afterwards at the house.

This is new to me, so all suggestions / comments / critiques is HUGELY appreciated!!

What to drive
How fast to drive
Valet or back of the lot
What to wear, I only wear pants to funerals and weddings
Are flip flops a good idea
Should I let the ladies order first
Ribeye or ny strip, filets sometimes are like a big blob of meatloaf

Bring booze and red solo cups and do shots in the car before walking in, just to loosen up. Order the most expensive thing on the menu for everyone, malts all around. Live it up, then leave a really nice tip. Go back to the car, have a few more shots, then smoke your cigars on the way home. Drive the speed limit, because you don't want the hassles of getting caught with an open container in the car.

Jorts and white New Balance are preferred, but if you really feel the need, you probably won't be turned away for wearing sandals.
