First weekend I moved into my house I got to witness the same thing. Called the cops and the feral animals there stopped all the bullshit real quick. I think some living there have open warrants and don't want the cops checking IDs. Been quiet since then, though.....

Other than that, the neighborhood has been great and very quiet. Lots of nicely kept lawns, too :yesnod:
