JUPITER, Fla. (CBS12) — The Jupiter Police Department arrested 79-year-old Paul Edmond Clark on Tuesday after witnesses say he exposed himself inside a local Wendy's.

Detectives were called to the Wendys on Indiantown Road on Tuesday when two teenage girls say they saw Clark eating in the middle of the establishment.

Police say Clark was seen pulling his shorts down to expose himself while staring at the nearby teens.

According to the arrest report, Clark told investigators his behavior was because of prostate troubles, however, management at that same Wendy's have documented problems with Clark in the past and that staff had previously instructed the 79-year-old that he could only come to Wendy's if he was wearing long pants.

Clark was charged with lewd and lascivious acts.

Unless he has a history of being a creeper in the long term, I'd rather see him get evaluated, work with the family, etc., to make sure this guy is taken care of and supervised.
