The theory is, the arsonist uses a bike riding app, that info is public to other users of the same bike riding app, and thus a The Donald poster in California used the time stamps on both videos in N.C., the first kicking incident, then the night time arson, and correlated it to a guy whose bike tracking app showed to be at that exact location at exactly both times, correlating with the surveillance video. The alleged arsonist's social media apparently had photos of him, his bike, and his tattoo.
