Usually once, about 5-6 hours after I go to sleep.

I need a 0-1…I drink a lot less beer than I used to. Not zero…just less.

1-2 depending on what and how much I drink before retiring.

About every hour, I’ve had bladder issues ever since I had prostrate cancer surgery back in the day.

I can wait until morning, as the obstacle course of doggies gets tougher with the lights out.

I had prostate cancer surgery, but I think they had me prostrate to do it although I was asleep so I can't be 100% sure.

GTO requested a “pole”? Probably Yaddy’s pole.

Maybe should request a “poll.” Probably wouldn’t hurt as much.

Get up too often! Getting to be every 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Being I have serious kidney issues I drink large amounts of water. (Docs orders) I have a very good tasting private well so water drinking is easy for me thing to do!

/\ This sucks. My FIL suffered from the same disease/problem.
Radiation damn near burnt his bladder out, he was hospitalized for
over 2 weeks with a bleeding bladder post op. Never recovered from
that, which his Dr. told him would return him to normal piss stops.
"There's a 10% probability of complications with any surgery blah blah blah"

Anyway, I can usually make it 6 plus hours before I got to get up and go.
That's about my regular sleep routine anyway. :seasix:

Prior to my bladder cancer, I never had to get up. Since then, I might get up once during the night but not nightly.

I had prostate cancer and surgical removal 11 years ago. Peeing is normal except it's harder to hold it when the time comes.

Have you tried Kegel Exercises, or does the removal not allow that to work?
(Its not just for females)

Oh yeah, went through all that and still do them.

The problem is that the main sphincter muscle is attached to the prostate, so that all comes out. There is still some muscle in the bladder along with the pelvic floor muscles.

When the bladder is getting topped off then you have to find someplace to pee fairly quickly, but the sensation of the bladder filling up is still there, so the sensation is what wakes me up some mornings when I end up having to go.

Actually, I'm not but I hope you get prostate cancer and it kills you.

I sometimes pee without getting up from bed....(not really)...

I was up literally every 1/2 hour nightly (its really a "quality of life" issue at this frequency) until I had the TURP procedure done for BPH, now its once or twice a night.

A nerve was struck, apparently. Bruze is a straight up guy and not one to bullshit. At least not in my opinion.
Joking about somebody's cancer is pretty insensitive, so I can see the anger.

Those are typically for pelvic floor issues.

After getting treated for bladder cancer, I went from 3 times/night to zero, unless I'm really hitting the liquids.
