I'm building a whelping/dog house. It will have a 5,000 BTU wall A/C and a heater. Built to my needs. They sell a whelping box for $900, which is only four vertical panels.

It will be strong enough for two humans to stand on top.

When I am not on the golf course or in my pool, I like to spend some time in my wood shop. I use machines to get the wood to size and for the rest I use hand tools. I enjoy making boxes with hand cut very fine dovetails. The hinges are machined from solid brass stock and the finish is always oil and wax.
