The Russians have wired the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Ukraine with explosives, and are now evacuating the area. The IAEA is now warning of an imminent nuclear accident.
A US EAM is now being transmitted in Europe. EAMs are used exclusively for messaging / deploying US nuclear forces.

I just got up. OK, so it looks like the plant has not been blown up, so far. Hopefully someone over there will come to their senses and not do it.

As of 0600 there are an awful lot of surveillance aircraft up over Europe, and the EAMs quieted down overnight.
