I mean, to be fair, they are all involved in a RICO conspiracy with the cartels. None of them gets to and across the border without paying off the cartels, or working for the cartels as drug mules. A small portion of the young girls are trafficked, so probably true victims, but the overwhelming majority are directly funding the MX cartels. Beyond that, these are people who can't get a tourist visa to the US.....poor, unskilled, uneducated. So much so that we wouldn't even let them legally VISIT the US. We've literally got millions, probably tens of millions, of visa overstayers from all over the world, people who came legally and didn't leave when they were supposed to. The human detritus coming across our border are so bereft of value they can't even do that.


So in my view, they aren't good people, not at all, people doing business with the cartels. Certainly not anyone I'd want in my country.

I had/have a really good friend who was with the Crips. Joined the Navy and cleaned his act up. Retired as an O5, started off as an E1..
I had a house across from me get raided by a whole bunch of black vehicles, and kitted up people. Cartel house for laundering. Not an easy thing to take in.
Thing is, we did not know. Nobody on the street knew.. Seemed like a good couple living there.
