Daughter and I made a day trip to Miami to an alignment expert for racers. Looking forward to trying out the new setup this weekend. God do I hate love bugs. :willy:

if you went slower, the bugs would have a chance to get out of the way. :slap:

I thought the vette would have been aerodynamic enough for them to go over it.

OP needs a bug shield on the front of the hood, something like this:

I get that you coon asses have your unique way of cooking down on the bayou, but the rest of us have social mores (s'mores?) that would preclude that.

Unfortunately no... :leaving: Normally you'd be right.

But, doing that right now, as I have to get the car loaded to race this weekend. Stupid bugs. :banghead:

I'm happy to report it was easy as hell to clean with my little Ryobi 2300 psi pressure washer. Fortunately, I waxed the car the last time I touched it, so removing the bugs was super easy. :yesnod:

Q: What’s the last thing that goes through a bugs head when he hits your windshield?

For any of your northerners that might get into this mess while down here visiting, Hydrogen Peroxide is the key to cleanup.

We get plenty of of bugs up here too, try driving the Ohio Turnpike sometime. There’s mile upon mile of soy bean fields and the bugs are awful.

Worst I've seen was on the northern plains. After a day of riding the front of my bike looked like a chia pet.

Doesn't hurt the paint?
