The early series was watchable too - with Edward Woodward that is. The redo with Queen Latifa is a cringeworthy abortion, there isn't enough creative editing in the multi-verse to make that overweight hog look like a martial artist.... Laughable.

Denzel is ALWAYS watchable and immerses himself in every role. When filming "Training Days" his family said he "got into it" so deeply he was scary even at home until the filming was over.

I remember the original series with the British guy driving a Jag when I was a kid.....not bad. Saw about 5 minutes of the remake with the fat black woman.....didn't care for it. Have not seen the movie....any of them. If it's a slow evening, maybe I'll see if one is streaming on one of the free sites.

I have nothing left. I sold it all. Amps, speakers, both my 21" subs. Those were the hardest to let go.

I've got a lot of extra gear laying around you could use but you're still up in Sask I think? Nothing insane but Schiit DAC and Freya + pre amp, Parasound amp, Paradigm towers etc.

Wrong race... Why does every old iconic movie have to be remade into a showcase for equity ? E.g. Jake from State Farm is now a black guy, the there was the wonderful black Wizard of Oz with Michael Jackson singing, "Ease on down the road"..

Except James Bond, the British spy, is a white guy. Small, but important detail. And yes, I get that one of the iterations of Felix Lighter was a black dude, can't remember which movie now. I mean, if the character is black, I don't want to see a white guy cast. There's a method to my madness, I promise.
