Bali, Venice, Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, Copenhagen, London, Shanghai, Lima, Seoul,

Some of the cooler specifics:
- Canal Ride in Venice
- Eifel Tower
- Tokyo during the launch of PlayStation 2. Never seen a city of 20M+ people in the streets gaming on Times-square sized TVs on every corner. They game hard
- Opera house and wharf area in Sydney. And of course the Gold Coast. Holy women.
- Ice Bar in Copenhagen
- The oldest surviving continuously open bar in Germany, I think it was circa 1400
- Beaches and UNESCO world heritage site

But don’t look past local. I mean the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Yellowstone, Niagara Falls, Golden Gate Bridge, Yosemite, Devils Tower, hiking 14’ ft mountains in Colorado, Miami Nightlife, Hollywood Dive Bars…..these are all exotic places for those not from here.

Lived in Hawaii for a few years. Too young to remember it but there's a picture of me playing on the Kaiser Lagoon beach with Diamond Head in the background. Had a hell of a tan, more brown than a Thanksgiving turkey

All over the place. Europe, the Carribean, 47 states, Mexico, Hawaii, etc.

Still want to go to Greece, Sardinia, and Egypt. No desire to go to the Orient at all.

Would not mind going back to the Italian Riviera and spending more time there.

Being we have 16 ocean cruises with many being at least 2 weeks in length we have got around a bit. Hit many islands in the Caribbean, made many port calls in South American countries.

Done the Panama Canal crossing two times (E-W and W-E) Mexico 3 times but no more! On our Alaskan cruise the ship stopped and we spent a few hours watching the glaciers calving off, very impressive. You see it on TV but its much more impressive close by. The noise is akin to being close to a 12 Gauge shot gun going off as the ice falls into the ocean.

We also have done Hawaii by cruise and 3 times by airplane spending two weeks on the different islands. I suppose Key West could be considered exotic, if not the land area many of the people there qualify as exotic.-:D

Hit most of the US states and Canada a few times but thats common.

We've hit most but not all Caribbean ports, some twice or more. Also Bermuda and Canuckistan a few times each.

Currently on day 2 of a 26 nighter. A 14 night transatlantic, back to back with a 12 night Holy Land / Mediterranean itinerary. Maybe one or two places will qualify as exotic. :D

Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Syria, Israel, Turkey, Egypt and Malta thanks to the Navy in the 80s-90s. I'm sure I missed some. Took a bunch of tours, smuggled our bicycles aboard on a few cruises and rode all over the place. Wish I would have appreciated it more back then.
