Even if BET was around back then, I still wouldn't care. It's racist at face value. Watch people go full on chimp-out if somebody starts a White Entertainment Channel.

I feel your pain. Just got back from mailing mine out. Miserable situation. Now I get to wait for the penalty letter because we have a law here requiring us to pay next years tax in advance by estimation. Ta hell with that insanity... And if they think I'm going to calculate that penalty for them (and they do) they're outta their minds. Not happening  Oh well, at least the penalty is peanuts compared to the check I just mailed out.

Sorry, I tried to think of something but all I know are black jokes.LOL I have plenty. I use to dirt bike ride with a black guy from work. Really nice down to earth guy. One time he walked into my lab at work, as I looked up, I saw who it was, and said, "there goes the neighborhood". His response while looking around in the lab, "where are the white women at".

These are just some of the jokes he shared with me:

What do you call a black lady with braces? Black and Decker pecker wrecker.
Why did God invent the climax? So blacks would know when to stop ****ing.
How do you make a Black person nervous? Take him to an Auction.
Who are the most famous black women in history? Aunt Jemima and Motha ****er.

To the actual thread topic. The black radio station in Houston used to play "smooth jazz" type mellow soul at night.....they called it 'quiet storm.' I enjoyed listening to that. We never had cable, so I only got to watch MTV when I was at my friends' homes. We never watched BET, though. Frankly, I had no idea that even existed until much later. Never watched it.

We have a local "Smooth Jazz" radio station. They went full woke and it's basically a black R&B channel now.
