drool. not sure even if i could afford one that id enjoy it. id be worried to death to drive it, take it anywhere, leave it unattended. afraid to even leave it at home in the garage. :slap:

Bah... they're going to make as many of these as they did the Murcielago, so go ahead drive it all the time... when it gets a bit tatty just buy another one.

1st video was well done. This car is on my list when my powerball numbers hit. :D

Lamborghini has really focused on handling for the first time. I can't wait to drive one.

The Macca is lighter by 400+/-lbs, but the Aventador has 100 more horsepower.

Early estimates of performance have the Aventador to 62mph .4sec faster than the Macca, 2.8sec vs 3.2sec. Estimates put the Aventador at .44bhp/kg and the Macca at .41bhp/kg in the power/weight category.

In the end I'm betting the driver will make the difference between the two.

Not me, a timing light is all you need. These cars have launch control, mat the go pedal, let off the brake, the nose trips the timer, hold down the accelerator until you trip the light at the end of the quarter mile or the 60 mph mark, so simple, takes skill right out of the equation.
