I have four siblings. There was a time where we would draw names at random to see who would gift who a present at Christmas. The last time we did this, I had to buy a gift for my kid sister.

With the help of my kids I selected from catalogs, then sent her, a variety of chocolates: reindeer droppings (you get the picture).

She was so offended that she boxed them all up and mailed them to me. My wife and kids loved them. :Jeff '79:

Possibly the best Yadkin thread ever. It has it all: the timing is off, leaving it out of context with the present, the topic is so humdrum it's sleep inducing, yet it tells a valuable life lesson. Classic Yadkin. I give it two thumbs up. Screw the naysayers---that means you, Rickles!:seasix:

Lots of detail missing. Was there previous bad blood between you and the sister? Between the other siblings and the sister? Why was the package sent back to you, and not them? Each sibling sent their own package, or did you all go in together on one gift?

Was the box opened by the sister? Was it sent back in the same packaging, or repackaged? Was the box securely sealed? Delivery method used to send package, and delivery method to return it to you? Was the stuff drop shipped to sister, or did you take delivery of it and mail it yourself?

How much was the postage each way? Pics of package? Any of the chocolate opened or missing?

Can't really even give this a grade without much more info. :toetap:

Damn, bill. I don't know where to begin. I can't even come CLOSE to anything that good. Pure gold, Sir, pure gold. :cert:

I was going to ask for a rough blueprint sketch of how the box packed, and also, how the packed box was loaded into OP's truck when he sent it out for delivery, but I didn't want to be too intrusive.

Yadkin’s brain works differently than most people. Some random thought or memory pops into his consciousness and his brain screams START A THREAD ON VB AND TELL THE WHOLE WORLD!!! Weird.
