My wife and I, along with some friends, are on a 2-week cruise from Buenos Aires to Antarctica, and back to Buenos Aires. We stopped at Ushuaia, Argentina, today and it's the southernmost city in the world. We leave for Antarctica tomorrow.

enjoy. spent a year at McMurdo 93/94, with a weekend trip to Pole in Jan 94.

That has to be awesome. Just watched "Mighty Cruise Ships" episode about the Roald Ahmundson that does the Antarctic Cruises. Let us knowhow it is going through the Southwest Passage!

We don't cruise alot, but the friends we're with cruise 10-12 times a year. I'm not overly impressed by the ship or X, but the stateroom is nice and going to Antarctica has always been on my bucketlist.
