Maybe we should have a sticky thread to list them all? Or perhaps even a whole new sub-forum? Hardly makes sense to start a new thread every time some 28 or 30 year old croaks from SADS.

Mayhaps someone has a theory they'd like to share on another new medical phenomenon I perceive. Seems they've found more people wandered off and frozen to death this season than in the last twenty years combined. Used to hear of one every few years, now it's like once a week. This thread isn't about an individual with a stroke. It's about the news media trying to convince you that we've always had a "stroke season," just like cold and flu season, and that all these young and otherwise healthy people having strokes, heart attacks, etc., is all perfectly normal, and it's always been that way.

You're supposed to just accept this new reality, and don't you remember it's always been that way? The problem is, some people don't remember stroke season. and know it's bullshit.

They were doing a campaign in schools to "recognize the signs of stroke" and I was like wtf kids don't have strokes and the media is like of course kids have strokes they always have.
