I dont post ANYTHING on my FB acct's with my Zeek name. Today I get an ad on FB for these custom T shirts....this is just one of many....Big brother truly is watching.....:leaving:

Yeah big brother, specifically Google is the biggest culprit. The stories about people talking in their house with a device like Alexis around then getting ads on their phone is creepy.

It could follow your IP address around. I order things on Amazon and they show up here as separate ads or or sites.

Look at the bottom of this page: do you see that little Facebook icon? That's a tracker which allows Facebook to track your activity on any website that has one of those trackers embedded in the pages. :yesnod:

I have had Echos (Alexa) in my house for many years now and I repeat a certain work that is not part of any search or hobby or anything I would ever research. I will make a point of saying the word often enough that if it was listening, I would have known by now. It is true they listen constantly for the wake word, but they allegedly are just one or two seconds at a constant pace and overwriting at the same time.

Funny guy but it brings up a good point. Noticed yesterday there were several search terms on my browser that I had not typed in.

Have not seen this before. Perhaps a new miscrosoft function caused by mousing over a hotlink? No idea how that happened but considering search history is used by prosecutors as evidence in trials it's absolutely unkool.

The rise in your temperature when touching the pads, the rate of your heart beat, your BP, etc. all can be easily detected. The stroke of the keys, the speed or rate of our reactions and replies....No matter, it's all going back the a huge collection of data....:yesnod:
