The NHL, however, did not share the outcome of the tournament and media outlets such as Vice that sent crews to cover the contest also failed to report on the outcome, reporter Jonathan Kay wrote for Quillette.

I agree I think safety is an issue but what else can you do? If you say they can't play in the pretend league or all welcome league, whatever you want to call it, they would have to stay in their own league. If a female is pretending to be a dude and taking testosterone and eating bull testicles, she is going to have a hell of an advantage of the other females.

We have recorded and watched every minute of this years NFR. Only have the last round #10 to watch.

I find it entertaining. I love how they present the flag and sing the National anthem with such respect. And they honor veterans at every round. Usually an older gentleman.

I've seen harder hits than that in my grandson's 10 and under hockey league with no penalty called and they don't even allow checking at that level. And that 'hit' almost looked like an accident. For sure nothing malicious.

I don't like to see anyone hurt but real hockey is a collision sport plus everyone has a stick.

In my description, I said "bumped in to". Now, as a shitty skater myself, I can understand how getting bumped in to from behind can cause an instantaneous face plant onto a very hard surface, and can cause serious injury, but this is exactly why people with little or no skating ability, like me, should not be allowed to play in a game.

I'm left wondering how many of the folks on the ice had any business at all being there. The fact that no result of the game has been reported leaves me guessing that few, if any, could actually play the game.
