And of course, the language on the back of your claim ticket says they are not responsible for any damage done to your vehicle while in their possession. Let us know how this turns out...

They can print anything they want, It doesn't absolve them from negligence which appears to be the case.

Unfortunately they sent out the manager with the claim forms, not the hopefully now fires offender.
