I use my phone web browser, entered www.thevettebarn.com, and it opened up without downloading anything.

It works on mobile devices, but it isn't responsive where it resizes everything to fit on smaller screens. The version of vBulletin is pretty old (released in 2009), likely before responsiveness was a thing.

Exactly, this site is fine it just does not resize for mobile Android phone
