I recently bought one and it is way cool. A few days ago I learned I can log in to Prime and watch movies. It views like a movie screen. Also some National Geographic travel stuff to visit places I'll never likely go. I watched a video of the repairs being done to Notre Dame. It has 360 degree views so you don't even have to look at what they expect you to look at.

Do you know why Meta bought Oculus? Do you know why Meta is so hyped up over this "metaverse" that they are trying to create? Do you know why you need to log in with your Facebook account to use your Oculus goggles? Hint: their business model involves extracting as much personal information from you as technologically possible. And if you say/do/watch the wrong things, you can be banned from using your Oculus hardware just like you are already being banned from using Facebook. :yesnod:

Haven't been curious enough to try them because of my bad back. Can't even wear headphones for more than 20 minutes without developing pain. Holding my head up all day long without any additional weight on my neck is enough strain for me :rofl: Seriously, can't wear a motorcycle helmet for the same reason. If they make those mandatory again I'll quit riding.
