It's almost impossible to stop all carbs. But eating 20grams per day or less is about the same thing. And the results are impressive.

It's almost impossible to stop all carbs. But eating 20grams per day or less is about the same thing. And the results are impressive.

There is no way I could do the amount of working out I do in the average week if I was only eating 20 grams of carbs per day. If I was a couch potato, maybe.
