I wonder how fast this would get shut down and bans handed out at the other place for just linking to this article?

It's time to admit affirmative action has failed.
Supporters of race-based admissions now want something more akin to reparations

All affirmative action was placebo to black Americans who are being screwed over by th epolicies and programs of the left. The educational system has failed them and the welfare state has destroyed their families and made the possibility of financial independence from the welfare state limited. Add in the criminal activity due to the failed culture and we have a perfect example of why the progressive left need to be tarred and feathered.

If I was an employer, I'd be reticent to hire any blacks simply because I feel it would be a lawsuit waiting to happen. The intentions to provide equality and be treated the same as whites is a complete failure because of the issuing of the race card to all minorities.
My sentiments are unfair to the qualified minority members that could genuinely do a great job and may have no intention of ever playing the race card, but I was not born with this feeling. It was given to me by observation. Better safe than sorry.

Unless race, gender and economic standing is eliminated from any and all considerations for employment(and thus everything else) there will be racism on way or the other.
The old cries of we weren't given the opportunity due to blah blah blah or blah blah blah have long since been valid arguments. In this day and age of you aren't the most qualified person you shouldn't get the job.
Supreme court ruling over quotas for school admissions will have a major effect on our society.

I know. That's why many businesses hired entry level and mid level employees though temporary agencies. I did it for almost 2 decades. We had so many issues with people who looked good and interviewed well that turned into complete assholes. It was with all races and sexes.

Twice sued, but I was 2-0:seasix:
