I am picking up baby backs and 1 1/4" thick pork shoulder steaks from the butcher today.
I am planning on using a rub for the ribs and sit them in the fridge overnight. Then oven for a couple hours and finish them off on the grill.
Shoulder steaks are what I call "Giant Souvlaki". A little olive oil. oregano, s&p and garlic powder. Grill them up and they melt in your mouth.
Tomorrow I will grab a couple dozen oysters and steaming them asian style with black bean sauce.
Good eats for Sunday.
Happy Easter everyone.
I hope the Easter Bunny brings me chocolate!:hurray:

Have no idea what we are having because I don't have to cook this year.
We will have a 1.5-2LB lobster each along with some Lasagna and veggies.

Same applies to you too. :toetap:
I'm all by myself, so nothing big or special planned.
Thinking of going with Bacon-Wrapped Scallops for dinner on Sunday.
I also did a bad bad thing yesterday at the grocery store and bought a 4 pack of Chaco-Tacos from the freezer aisle. I guess those will be my Easter weekend chocolate/sugar cheat.
