View Full Version : Such a Tragic Outcome
I wish they could kill this **** twice. Next time more painful.
I'm sure there will be the ambulance chasers that try and cash in. Just so sadfor this young lady and her family:sadangel:

Also, I'm amazed at the nonchalant reactions of the people that saw this guy, his bike, and just went on their day.
I know it's N. Hollywood, but FFS why did nobody challenge this obvious crazy. They have become so used to this that they just keep walking. ****ing pathetic.

The officer opened fire as Elena-Lopez appeared to be moving away from a bloodied woman he attacked. It is unclear whether the officers knew the suspect didn’t have a gun.
Who cares if he had a gun or not. Kill him dead. It is absolutely tragic that an innocent bystander was killed and I am not taking away from that, but criminals like this need to understand they WILL, or SHOULD die.

I'm sorry, but I thought this was a bigger story nationally. There were people behind the wall in a changing room that the police couldn't see. One was a young girl that was tragically struck by a fired round, and died.
My beef is with all of the people who just walked around the bike with a complete madman standing next to it. While I still put complete blame on the madman, maybe just one person could have averted this by speaking up, causing a ruckus, grabbing the lock, whatever. This type of crazy behavior has become such a norm in big cities that people seem to consider it part of life.
I fear that the officer(s) will take the brunt of the child's death, both mentally, and in court.:sadangel:

It's Los Angeles. You don't think the Soros bought prosecutor wouldn't try and **** you over if you stopped one of the left's anarcho-terrorists? If I clearly saw what was happening and was SURE I knew the guy with the bike was the bad guy, AND I was in my own city and county, sure, I absolutely would try and stop him. Would I do that a few miles away, in Houston, Harris County, with a Soros DA? Probably not.
In other words, I'd consider risking my own safety to stop a madman if all I had to worry about was the madman, but I'm unlikely to risk my own safety with the mad man AND the full weight of a hostile government AFTER the fact.

I lived in SoCal more than half of my life, and just moved out for the last time at the end of 2020. Seeing just the situation, bike at the top of the escalator, lock on the floor, with a guy acting squirrely, I would have at least asked the guy if he needed help (not a serious question), just to see how he reacted, then took appropriate action after that.
In CA, people are now prone to act exactly as you said. Not my problem. No awareness.
Not being there now, it would be good to hear how they're treating the story.

It is awful that we have to even think twice about the legal aspects of being a good Samaritan. Consulting your attorney before you jump in someone else's pool to save someone from drowning, for fear of trespassing charges.

And that's exactly why these gutless freedom-hating prosecutors are
going after anyone interfering with these monsters. They're resetting their sights to
discourage any citizen from taking the high road to do the right thing.
The more disruption of peace enjoyed by our society, the more they can claim
to ride in with the answer (Marxism), and replace our republic.
