Solt my last one a few years ago. Been looking for a few weeks. Leaning towards a 1994/96 C4 or an early C6. Unlike a lot of folks I really like the C4 and the last couple of production years would be the best of the bunch. Not a big fan of the C5 but do like the C6 styling.
It really will just depend on the deal I find. About any color but red. Maybe even a vert.
We'll see what pans out.

I loved my 95. It was probably my favorite. My 04 was a ton of fun, but I was always tense driving it because it wasn't paid for. There's more fun to be had when you can buy it, drive it, and fix it if you break it. Payments take that fun away. Nothing held a corner like my 84 though.

No car payment since '95. Cash only for me!
Lots of nice one's out there, you'll find something you want, in the mean time, have fun looking.

I'm kicking around the idea of selling my 2009 C6, no issues at all, owned it since 2013, 68K miles

I enjoy both of my C6Z's, and enjoyed the two C6 coupes that I owned. All cars range from daily drivers (88k miles) to garage queens and race cars. All have had some minor various issues (racecar not withstanding LOL), but in true Corvette form, they are extremely easy to work on.
I will always have my C6Z's. I find the styling timeless and like it a lot better than the C7. C8's a whole new ballgame. I'm over the moon with the styling. Guess I like even numbered cars. C4, C6, C8. :cert:

You're 5 months late. I would have sold you my '05 vert. It wasn't red but more of a burgandy color.

Good luck with your search, it appears the used corvette market has gone apeshit in the going prices for a car.

So glad I'm not in the market for any car at the moment.

C4's have been increasing in value lately, most likely a byproduct of the used car nonsense. That said, there are clean ones out there...and there is a lot of crap.
I paid 20k for my 96 LT4 over the summer. Yeah, I know...some people will laugh. But the car is absolutely pristine and unmodified with 14k miles. Still had the original Goodyear Eagles, actually everything was OEM. It's a hell of a lot of fun to drive!
I'll keep my eyes out for you, I'm on several Facebook groups, including C4 specific groups with cars for sale. :kimblair:

I prefer the C6 over the C7 and C5 as well. The only C5 I would consider is a Z06 and MAYBE a FRC. I almost bought a 1LT C6 but the deal fell through. Then I found the C4 LT4. I personally think the C4 has aged better than the C5. :island14:

That's about what I am looking for. $20k cap. Found a '94 vert close by with 25k for $17k. Another '96 vert with 42k for $12k. Both LT1 but I made an offer on the '96.

No. They were replaced, along with about every other rubber component on the car. :Jeff '79:

I had a 2010 Grand Sport and a 2001 Coupe. Loved them both but honestly my favorites were my first Vette, a 1994 Coupe and my 1994 ZR-1. C4 Styling was always my favorite. I'd get another ZR-1 in a heartbeat but I'm done with manual transmissions.

You could spend just a little more and get a C4 ZR-1. I love my 1995 ZR-1.

Narrowed to three choices. 1994 Black vert with 66k, 1993 Ruby Red vert with 82k, and a Polo Green coupe with 81k and a six speed. All well under budget.
